Terms of Clearance: Approved; DOL addendum of 10/16/96. DOL shall discontinue reporting of the ETA 9027 until DOL can justify the utility of the information to the program. DOL shall provide the additional information to address this term of clearance along with an inventory correction worksheet to increase the burden hours to the requested amount. Lastly, DOL shall provide a copy of the final report on the qualitative satisfaction measures.

Abstract: Quarterly data on Trade Adjustment Assistance and NAFTA-TAA activity is needed for timely program evaluation for competent administration and for providing legally mandated reports to Congress. Quarterly number of waivers of training issued and revoked by reason are needed for administration of the TAA program and to provide statutorily required reports to Congress.
