Abstract: The Commission will receive applications, submitted on a voluntary basis, with certain operating/market information, requesting to participate in a proposed experimental pilot program to relax the price cap for certain secondary market transactions. Participants in the pilot program would be selected by the Commission from those pipelines and LCDs that voluntarily submitted applications to participate in the program.
