Abstract: The form provides a means of identifying specific single-family, multifamily, and manufactured housing mortgages in the pool and assures that all required mortgage and related documents have, in fact, been delivered to a document custodian. This information is necessary to assure Ginnie Mae's interest in the pooled mortgages in the event of a default.
