Abstract: HUD needs this information to implement section 202 (Pub. L. 104-134, approved 4/26/96). PHAs will identify certain distressed public housing developments for conversion based on HUD standards, consult tenants, develop plans, and meet timeframes to implement section 202. HUD will use the information to ensure compliance with the law.
