Abstract: The card and mailer will be sent to Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs) and former staff's home addresses. The data will be used by Agency personnel and RPCV groups (only with explicit written permission of respondents). The purpose is to increase communications between the Agency, RPCVs and former staff and to provide them with updates on Agency activities, to help with recruiting.
