NASS should
submit a change worksheet in November 1997, when the docket should
be updated to reflect the actual, one time burden estimate. The
burden estimate in this submission was 1,319,438 hours, with
3,586,880 respondents and 2,892,850 responses. A placeholder of one
burden hour will keep this docket active until the year of the
census. By 11/30/97, NASS should submit to OMB the final
information collection materials, including all final forms and
instructions and a summary of any improvements that can be made or
have been made in the operating plan. These materials should be
included in a packet with the change worksheet described
above.
