Terms of Clearance: Approved; INS request not to display the expiration date as required under 1320.8(b)(1) is approved. Upon reprinting the form, INS shall revise the Public Reporting Burden section to include the statement required under 1320.5(b)(2)(i) and delete the OMB address. Upon next submission for PRA approval, INS shall provide information on efforts made to use information technology to increase efficiency in processing these forms. Lastly, in order to reduce burden INS will propose revisions to the regulations underlying this form as soon as possible.
