Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved as amended by ED's memorandum of 10/30/96 and under the following conditions: (1) ED shall provide OMB as soon as it can be made available, a report on what the Department learned regarding the narrative formats discussed in the 10/30/96 memorandum. (2) The package is approved based on the concept of the guidance stated in the ED memorandum encouraging States to disaggregate the data. ED shall provide OMB a copy of the guidance as soon as it is available and shall, at the same time, submit an adjustment to the burden to incorporate the additonal burden that would be imposed from such a change.
