Terms of Clearance: This approval is for a limited time period. HUD must incorporate all of the information required at 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3)into the addendum. HUD has failed to include a statement regarding the legal significance of display of the OMB control number. Use of the addendum should be a transitional step before incorporating all of this information into the printed form. In its next request for OMB approval, HUD must show that the required statments are being incorporated into the printed form.

Abstract: Authority for this report is section 207(b) of the National Housing Act (P.L. 48 State, U.S.C. 1701 et seq.). Used by contractor to obtain distribution of insured mortgage proceeds when construction costs are involved. Needed by HUD to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon wage rates.
