Abstract: Section 76.54 requires that notice of an audience survey that is conducted by an organization for significantly viewed signal purposes must be served on all licensees or permittees of television broadcast stations within whose predicted Grade B contour the cable community or communities are located and all other system community units, franchisees, and franchise applicants in the cable community or communities, as well as the franchise authority. This notice shall be made at least 30 days prior to the initial survey and include the name of the survey organization and a description of the procedures to be used.
