Abstract: The questionnaires are designed to provide staff with information that is unavailable from other sources on U.S. production, sales, prices, and firm operations. Information collected will be analyzed and used to assess the competitive conditions in the U.S. crawfish market and consolidated in a report to the Committee on Ways and Means. Respondents include crawfish producers, processors, and purchasers.
