When this collection is submitted for regular clearence the Agency must submit a rigorous analysis as to why the sampling methodology used by regulatory agencies for collecting informatio n from regulated entities does not produce biased data; thus, why OMB should grant clearence for this collection given the conditio ns established for generic cusotmer surveys in the Resource Manual.
