This collection
is approved on the following condition. FCS will maximize its
attempts to obtain high response rates to ensure reliable estimates
of the household income poverty status of CACFP participants. FCS
agrees that if the response rates obtained are not sufficiently
high -- at least 80 percent overall and for the individual program
settings -- it will not use the data for future analysis.

This data collection will increase the
response rate for the Early Childhood and Child Care Study's
Household Survey to provide reliable estimates of household income
poverty status of CACFP participants.
