Abstract: Over a period of at least 12 months, crash involved drivers and non-crash involved (control) drivers in two jurisdictions will be interviewed and breath-tested for blood alcohol concentration (BAC). The data will be analyzed to determine the relative risk of crash at various BACs in comparison to zero BAC.
