Abstract: Indian Housing Authorities (IHAs) prepare information on tenant accounts for each Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) executed. This information is submitted to HUD. HUD uses the information to monitor the effectiveness of rent collection procedures employed by IHAs. HUD will also input the data into the Management Information Retrieval Systems (MIRS).
