Abstract: Regulation E (Electronic Fund Transfer Act, 12 CFR 205) requires accurate disclosure of the costs, term, and rights relating to electronic fund transfer (EFT) services to consumers. It also requires providers of electronic fund transfer services to retain records sufficient to show compliance with the rule. This submission includes only the paperwork burden associated with creditors over whom the FTC has jurisdiction.
