Regulation E (Electronic Fund Transfer
Act, 12 CFR 205) requires accurate disclosure of the costs, term,
and rights relating to electronic fund transfer (EFT) services to
consumers. It also requires providers of electronic fund transfer
services to retain records sufficient to show compliance with the
rule. This submission includes only the paperwork burden associated
with creditors over whom the FTC has jurisdiction.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
