Terms of Clearance: This survey must 1) describe earlier in the survey what a management unit is and where the boundaries are, 2) clarify question 12 (Maintain and improve my ORV), 3) leave additional space in question 19 to describe additional problems in the management unit, 4) explain in question 22 about what the visitor would be educated and if it would be required, 5) explain in question 28 that only one group can take full responsibility or eliminate that option, and 5) on question 32, change African American to Black, not of Hispanic origin, and eliminate the other option.
