This survey is
approved for up to 20,000 respondents. The approval also includes
authority for the agency to request emissions test results from up
to 630 respondents. The agency will request emissions test results
in whatever form they are nost easily available. The agency will
not require respondents to perform any additional analysis or
preparation of test results prior to submission.

The information requested is needed
for EPA to develop standards of performance and emissions
guidelines required by sections 112 and 129 of the Clean Air Act
for a variety of combustion sources. Respondents include owners and
operators of process heaters, industrial/institutional/commercial
boilers, industrial/commercial solid waste incinerators, stationary
gas turbines, and stationary internal combustion engines.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
