This ICR accompanies the final rule to add seven industry groups to the list of industry groups subject to reporting requirements under section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 and section 6607 of the Pollution Prevention Act of 1990. The industry groups are metal mining, coal mining, certain electric utilities, commercial hazardous waste treatment, chemicals and allied products wholesale, petroleum bulk stations wholesale, and solvent recovery services.
