Abstract: Section 74.985 requires signal booster stations to obtain written consent of station to be retransmitted and requires low-power signal booster station to submit certification statement within 48 hours of installation of booster station demonstrating compliance with section 74.985(g). Data used by FCC staff to ensure consent to retransmit signal has been obtained and to ensure that low-power booster would not cause interference.
