Abstract: Price cap carriers filing new service tariffs are subject to a quarterly reporting requirement which commences 6 months after initiation of new services. The net revenue data report is useful to the public and the Commission in determining the reasonableness of rates for new services. These reports are used to compare actual operating results with projections.
