When this
collection is submitted for regular review the agency should have
finalized its revised language and provide this with the
submission. The collection also needs to include a statement in the
Paperwork Reduction Act section of each form the following: A
person is not required to respond to a collection of information
unless it diplays a currently valid OMB control number. In
addition, since this collection is part of an on- going program,
the agency must establish planning processes which begins OMB
approval with the changes to the text of the application under the
regular review process, not emergency.
