Abstract: The form HUD-50080 will be used by grant recipients to request funds from HUD through LOCCS/VRS voice activated payment system. The information collected on the form will be used as an internal control measure to ensure the lawful and appreciate disbursement of Federal funds, as well as provide a service to program recipients.
