Abstract: The Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) is a voluntary regulatory reinvention initiative intended to accomplish several goals, including better protecting the environment and human health, increasing identification and timely resolution of environmental compliance issues by ELP participants, multiply compliance assistance efforts, and foster constructive and open relationships between agencies, the regulated community, and the public. This information collection consists of an application to be completed by facilities interested in applying to the ELP.
