Abstract: This clearance package provides burden estimates associated with the information collection requirements for RCRA No-Migration standards. The regulations implementing these requirements are published 40 CFR part 268.6. The collection of this information enables EPA to properly determine whether owners/operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities qualify for a variance from the land disposal restrictions found section 3004 of RCRA.
