Abstract: This regulation sets forth the policies and procedures and delegates authority for making initial and subsequent rural housing loans to individuals under section 504(a) of title V of the Housing Act of 1949 and WWD grants under section 306C(b) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act as amended.
