Information Collection will not become effective until the
effective date of the Final Rule (Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions;
Foreign Fishing Vessels in Internal Waters; Reporting Requirements
at 50 CFR 600). This Information Collection will need to be
resubmitted to OMB for review if the Final Rule contains any
changes that substantially or materially alter the burden or nature
of the Information Collection.

Foreign fishing vessels engaged in
processing and support of U.S. fishing vessels within the internal
waters of a State, in compliance with terms and conditions set by
the authorizing Governor, are required to report the tonnage and
location of fish received from vessels of the United States, as
required by the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and
Management Act. Weekly reports are to be submitted to the NMFS
Regional Administrator to allow tracking and monitoring of fish
landings.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
