DOC agrees to
remove the "White House Clearance" block from the form in deference
to new White House procedures. DOC agrees to add a bullet in the
instructions under Eligibility that nominees who become finalists
will be "subject to a security check through the FBI." DOC will
remove the marking "privileged information" on each sheet and
instead will appropriately notify applicants that they must mark
information considered proprietary. DOC should send to OMB an
example of the printed packet for the docket once it becomes
available.
