Terms of Clearance: This collection is much more detailed than is appropriate. The form is modeled after the NEH budget form OMB Number 3136-0111, which is currently expired. During the next year, NARA should work with NEH to determine a) whether there is a continuing need for the waiver from using SF 424; b) if not, how the forms may be simplified to collect less detail from potential grantees consistent with an appropriate review process.
