Terms of Clearance: We grant a generic clearance for all NEA application packages, including associated forms and guidelines. This generic clearance does not apply to surveys, evaluations, or other data collections used for policy making purposes. The following condition of approval applies: NEA will submit a single copy of each application package whenever revisions are made. NEA must add the required PRA statement 5 CFR 1320.5b(2)(i)to the application packages/forms/guidelines upon reprinting.
