The overall objective of this
information collection is to evaluate the 1989 revisions of the
U.S. standard certificates of birth and death and the U.S. standard
report of fetal death. The responses to the information collection
will help determine what changes are needed in the current standard
certificates. Respondents will include users and providers of vital
statistics data.
