Abstract: This form is used to acquire data to assist in the processing of color-of-title claims to public lands filed pursuant to the Color-of-Title Act. This form aids in the documentation of tax payments in support of a color-of-title application. Only members of the public who wish to make a color-of-title claim to public lands are affected.
