Abstract: Regulations at 30 CFR 602 establish distribution of Federal helium by a system of authorized private distributors. Two forms are needed to insure compliance by certifying that the Federal helium bought equals or exceeds that sold to Federal agencies and to account for Federal helium transferred among distributors. Respondents are commercial profit making companies in the helium sales business which hold a contract to sell Federal helium.
