Abstract: The Minerals Management Service is amending regulations at 30 CFR 206 in order to correct problems with the administration of allowance regulations. The amended regulations include a new form to be used by oil and gas companies to notify MMS that hey intend to take transportation and processing allowances. OMB must approve the form before it is used.
