This collection
is approved as amended by ETA's revisions of 3/12, 5/29, 5/30, and
6/24 and on the following condition. ETA shall develop a uniform
survey of a representative sample of SDAs to collect employer
satisfaction and other monitoring data. The monitoring instrument
will not be cleared in this form at the next submission. The SDA
survey shall be submitted to OMB by January 15, 1998 to allow
sufficient time to clear the paperwork package through the normal
clearance process. Next year's package will not be cleared as an
emergency again. Also at that time, ETA shall submit a proposal for
measuring the performance of educational enrichment activities in
the Summer 1998 program, and explain how this data (and any others,
such as employer satisfaction) will be used to measure performance
for GPRA in the Summer of 1998.
