These voluntary customer surveys will be used to implement E.O. 12862 by obtaining quantitative and qualitative customer data across IRS primarily in these areas: Evaluate customer satisfaction surveys, additional studies indicated by the customer satisfaction survey, studies to validate/refine product changes resulting from the IRS transition strategy, and functional customer data requirements.
