These standards require owners of new, modified, or reconstructed facilities that coat plastic parts for business machines to maintain records and make determinations of the quantity of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted. Owners or operators must submit initial performance test results and conduct monthly performance tests thereafter. Semiannual compliance and quarterly noncompliance reports ensure that emission limits are met.
