Abstract: Certain applicants in spectrum auctions, including the LMDS auction, are required to make certain ownership, gross revenues, and joint bidding agreement disclosures to the Commission in order for the Commission to determine their legal and financial qualifications to hold licenses. In addition, license winners are required to maintain and disclose certain information when seeking to transfer their licenses.
