Abstract: Information will be used to access a medical qualification/ disqualification for individuals applying to one or more of the United States Military Service Academies, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), or the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS). Respondents are individuals interested in serving in the military and attending one of the military academies, ROTC scholarship programs, or USUHS.
