Abstract: FERC-547 provides the Commission with refund data which is necessary to carry out its refund policy. The data are used to insure the pass-through to gas customers/consumers refunds required to correct rates charged by jurisdicational natural gas companies in excess of NGPA and NGA maximum lawful and just and reasonable rates.
