Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved under 5 CFR 1320, however, upon subsequent revision of this ICR, EPA shall carefully reassess the burden per location. EPA estimated 1.5 hours per location, although OIRA staff believe the correct estimate based on EPA's analysis may be 1.7 hours. This difference is small, however, and the ICR is approved as submitted.

Abstract: This collection will implement the requirements of section 6(g) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The Agency will provide procedures for certain entities who possess cancelled or suspended pesticides to notify the EPA and State and local officials of (1) such possession, (2) the quantity possessed, and (3) the place the pesticide is stored.
