Abstract: The proposed rule would bring the imported seed regulations into agreement with the amended Federal Seed Act and eliminate the need for sampling shipments of Canadian-origin seed at the boarder and all certain seed importers to clean or process seed without direct supervisions of an Aminal and Plant Health Inspection Service inspector.
