Terms of Clearance: This collection of information is approved through December of 1997, as requested. However, this information is not to be used for statistical purposes. Abstract: These information collection requirements are a direct result of E.O. 13010, signed by President Clinton on July 15, 1996, which created the President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection. In order to meet our mission, the Commission needs information from the users of critical infrastructure and the infrastructure owners/operators so it can identify options and recommendations for the President.
