Abstract: The HUD-27053 and HUD-27053A/B are used by HUD to request recipients of grant funds to support payments requested of HUD through its voice activated payment system. These forms will be used in lieu of SF-270 Request for Advance or Reimbursement. The information on these forms will be used as an internal control instituted to safeguard Federal funds, as well as provide a service to the recipients. The HUD-27054 is used to request recipients of grant funds to designate the appropriate officials who can have access to HUD's voice activated payment system.
