Abstract: Under the Railroad Unemployement Insurance Act, unemployment or sickness benefits are not payable for any day in which remuneration is payable or accrues to the claimant. The collection obtains information from the claimant, railroad, and non-railroad employers and State agencies about work performed and/or benefits received during the same period as benefits are claimed.
