Abstract: Amendments to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act require pesticide product registrants to pay a one-time fee for the active ingredients they produce. The fees are to be approportioned based on market share. A form to collect sales data is sent to registrants to facilitate the apportionment.
