Abstract: Eligible applicant IHAs, tribes, or tribally designated housing entity (TDHE) will submit a 5- or 1-year housing plan for grant funding under the Act. The IH block grant formula will be used to allocate, equitably and fairly, funds. HUD will monitor grant recipients by annual performance reports, on-site reviews, and audits.
