Securities Act Amendments of 1975, requires each self-regulatory
organization to file with the Commission copies of any proposed
amendment to its constitution, articles of incorporation, bylaws,
rules, or similar instrument or any interpretation of these
instruments. The Commission is required to publish notice of the
filing and either approve the proposal or institute proceedings to
determine whether the proposal should be disapproved.
