Abstract: This request is for OMB approval of a new reporting form that will be used to track the progress of grantees under the Rural Health Network Grant Program authorized by section 330A of the Public Health Service Act. The purpose of the program is to assist in the planning and development of vertically integrated networks of health care providers in rural communities.
