Abstract: The Office of Drug Pricing has developed, pursuant to section 340B of the PHS Act, audit guidelines and a dispute resolution process for the Drug Pricing Program. The asociated reporting requirements are necessary to provide participating entities with protection from abusive audits and to provide the information necessary to give entities and manufacturers fair "notice and hearing" opportunities.
